Our Packing Policy:

Our shipping policy

    We usually ship all orders the same day if entered by 4:30 PM Los Angeles Time Monday to Friday and by 4:00 PM Saturday. If there are unexpected delays, we will notify you by email.

    How, can we ship so late?

    We take postal orders to the Post Office and our regional carriers distribution center.

    Note: Out side of California, Nevada and Arizona we mostly ship via USPS: H2> 22 Dec 2021 - Priority Mail has not slowed down! Recent shipments:

    (Note: One of the 4 day deliveries was to Puerto Rico and Saturday and Sunday are counted in our day count.)

    Long distance first class parcels are now taking from 5 to 8 days however to Hawaii can not go by truck and it took only 2 days.

    Do you need your order asap? Our official cut off time is 4:30PM Monday thru Friday. After that call us at 818 364 9810. Saturday we can not extend it.

Shipping notification:

    We or our Ground Carrier will email you a notice with the shipping info shortly after we pack and label your order! (We sometime pack in the evening.)

    This includes how it was shipped (Priority Mail, Ground etc.) and a delivery confirmation number or a tracking number on all domestic shipments. The emails from Ground Carrier also include the expected delivery day.

We ship to most countries except the following:

Cape Verde
Central African Republic
Dominican Republic
North Korea
Sierra Leone
Solomon Islands


If your country is NOT on the above list we ship there! If your country is on the above list it is based on percentage of insurance claims on shipments to the above countries. You can always write and ask us for an exception but the shipping will cost more and you might have to helps us verify the payment method.

    If you type in a gift message on the order form and have the gift shipped directly to the person receiving the gift we will mark the shipment as a gift on the customs form. Gift messages are printed on stationary in Script MT Bold and are included with your order. There is no charge for this only for gift wrapping. Many countries do not charge customs duty on gifts up to a certain value. For the EC, gifts that do not exceed 45 EUROs may be duty free (as of March 2003). For Canada the first $20 Canadian are tax free (as of Jan 2004). Check with your local customs authority to be sure. To save more we can ship to a boarder town.

Shipping charge adjustments

    We charge reasonable shipping charges based on the actual cost of the shipping plus a little for handling. Sometimes, we are able to combine two orders from the same customer (yes, this happens) and can reduce your shipping charges.

    Incorrect shipping methods/Adjusting shipping charges: Occasionally, a customer will choose an inappropriate shipping method. For example, "Ground" is not appropriate for International shipments. We reserve the right to correct the shipping method and charge more (or less) for shipping. We will automatically do this if the difference in shipping charges is no more than $2.00 more being charged the customer. If it is more than that, we usually contact the customer to inquire if they would like to continue with the order. Since inquiring with the customer and getting a response can cause a delay of a day or more, we usually make the adjustments automatically if the amount would be less than $2.00. That way, the customer gets their product faster. We don't inquire with the customer if the shipping charges are less.

    Incorrect shipping addresses: We ship your package to the exact address you enter on your order form. If the address is undeliverable and your order is returned to us, we may charge you an additional shipping fee to re-ship the order.

Order Cancellations and Corrections

    If you have made a mistake and need to cancel or correct an order the best method is to call us at (US)818-364-9810 this way we will see you cancellation or correction before we ship your order even if we are in the middle of shipping. This is important because we normally ship orders on the same business day. You can also email us but once we have started to process orders at about noon Los Angeles Time we may not see your cancellation or correction. If you are correcting or canceling your order with an email is best to return the order confirmation email that way all the data including the order number is available and we can easily cancel the order. If you do not have the order number give us the billing and shipping address and what was ordered and the date you ordered.

    We also accept purchase orders from organizations with good credit ratings, including public schools. We are a know vendor at many public school systems. We also accept checks, money orders and bank drafts made out in United States dollars. To order this way create an order on line, but do not fill in the credit card information. Print out the order screens and mail them in with a check or purchase order to:

Security Information:

    This is a Yahoo! store they provide excellent security. The credit card data entry and on-line validation a is done using their servers.

    The credit card numbers never leave the Yahoo servers. WE NEVER SEE THEM UNLESS YOU AUTHORIZE AN ADDITIONAL TRANSACTION.

    The orders are encrypted and downloaded to our computers without credit card numbers. Our computers are double fire wall protected.

    All online transactions at Yahoo! Stores are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption.

    When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us.

    For added security, we also encrypt the credit card number when it is stored on disk.

    If you are not the kind of person who worries about being hit by lightning as you're crossing the street, you probably don't have to worry that your credit card number will be intercepted on the way to a secure Web site. According to CNN,
