Celery avocado onion egg pick me up - that tastes good
This delicious recipe is a summer time treat it includes three stalks of celery. One stalk equals 32 to 35 mg of salt. On a hot day when you have been sweating you need salt and this is a delicious way to get some salt. Also the onion is high in potassium which is another nutrient you need on a hot day.
- Chop up the three stalks of celery and add to your blender bowl.
- Chop 1/2 an onion and add to your blender bowl.
- Add 2 small avocados.
- Two shakes of garlic powder from a dispenser bottle.
- Three shakes of Italian seasoning
- 1/2 to 3/4 of a cup of water depending on how thick you want this.
- Blend
- Then add three raw eggs and quickly blend them in. (Remember the movie Rocky I, Also see the books at the bottom of this page.)
Now you have a delicious pick me up that taste GOOD!
Frankly it is a meal! Which is also keto friendly and all raw!
The idea of having this for breakfast helps get me out of bed! (Important when you are a 72 year old male.)
